    Usually this place is fine/convenient, but yesterday I experienced some of the unfriendliest service I have encountered here. Was my first time ordering a wrap here. There was no line behind me, so I asked a few quick/normal questions as I was ordering, but the servers kept getting exasperated. One of them kept shaking her head side to side at me with a clearly annoyed look on her face. The guy serving me stopped listening to me - started wrapping my wrap before I was done and then gave me the wrong dressing after I asked for a different dressing. (This made it taste unappealing.) Things like this can ruin someone's day - did not help my day which was not going well. Hope they will be more friendly, especially to first-time customers who may not know how things work.

    I work in this building and guess the convenience is nice, but still a very negative experience.

    Prices are alright but primarily you are paying for convenience if you work in the building. The staff are all friendly and hard working. I usually get a wrap made but anything from the grill is fantastic (don't expect to want to move much afterwards though)

    I've worked in this building for awhile.  I honestly can't complain - there is a place to get decent food at breakfast or lunchtime without leaving the building.  And they are fairly vegetarian-friendly - they have at least one vegetarian soup a day (and they call it vegetarian) and usually a slaw and a pasta salad, both vegetarian.  They serve a veggie burger at the grill section, too, and a delicious one.  Their fries are great too when hot - well-seasoned!  

    It would be 4 stars except they got rid of the self-serve salad bar.  BOOO.  I really hate telling someone how I want them to make a custom salad or sandwich, and the "signature" ones rarely work for me.

    They also sell Ghirardelli brownies, which I have difficulty resisting.  So perhaps I can blame them for gaining so much during both pregnancies, and failing to lose the last 5 pounds of it :)

    Been working in 180 Peachtree for 2 years, and Bistro 191 has never let me down. The guys are great and the food always hits the spot. Kudos!

    SLOW SLOW SLOW!!!!  Too busy standing around talking to each other.  Only gave me a 1/2 order of fries, because after waiting 20 minutes for a burger with a burnt bun, I would have to wait another 5 for fries.  So, I guess it is okay to screw over your customers.  Now I know why I bring my lunch.  Yuck!!!!!
